To become an advertising agency professional, one must earn a degree in advertising, business, marketing, or other related field.  Entry-level position would require a bachelor’s degree while supervisory or managerial positions would require one to have a master’s degree.  One must gain relevant work experience specific to the career position one wants to be considered in.  An advertising agency professional must have strong skills in communication, be it in writing or speaking.  Creativity is also a must.  One must be organized and can work with a lot of pressure.  An advertising agency professional must be able to work well with a team as well.
