The job of a Campus Security Officer encompasses many responsibilities. It is a job requiring constant vigilance in order to protect the campus and surrounding areas. Such an officer is generally employed by a public school district, college or university and he/she is a sworn police officer.

How to become a Campus Security Officer:

In order to become a Campus Security Officer, one needs to be at least 21 years of age, and more importantly, must possess a clean criminal record, without any felony convictions. This job does not require specialisation in any particular field of education, be it Arts/Science/Commerce.

However, the candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and prior law enforcement experience.
