The dentist focuses on curing the various diseases of the teeth of a person. The initial step to treat a disease is obviously to diagnose. The dentist’s primary objective is to locate the disease of the teeth or in the cavities or in the gums.

The dentist also takes note of any malformation of the teeth and tries to set the correct position via various methods and on certain occasions with braces. In case of any acute ailment of a particular tooth, he/she has to pull it out from the patient’s mouth to relieve from long term pain and damage.
