A distribution channel management career covers the processes and system of efficient product or service delivery.  It is the distribution channel manager’s job to collaborate and coordinate with the different departments so as to have one objective.  He is to plan and design communication strategies among the departments.  He is to facilitate cooperation between vendors and suppliers with other partners.
