Career description:
An HR Administrator is one who takes care of carrying out background checks pertaining to employee recruitment and selection and compliance of the firm with the US Government on Labour Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO). He goes through various submitted applications for employment and calls the most preferred candidates for the interviews. He carries out background checks of employees like education and experience. He is also a point of contact to resolve various issues of employees.
How to become an HR Administrator:
There is no definite education ladder to become an HR administrator. A person can complete his under graduation in any stream. Upon successful completion, he can get trained in few of the HR courses like employment laws, recruitment and selection, and personnel management. A few years of HR experience in any firm would be valued highly.

After attaining Bachelor’s Degree in any stream, it’s better to pursue a full-time or a part-time course in human resources management.
