An HR Executive functions in the middle level management of an organization. He must overlook the payroll activities, ensure appropriate training for managers, create employee database with all relevant details entered in a timely manner, and handle recruitment and selection. An HR Executive should also clarify the date of joining and sort out employment issues within the company time frame.
How to become an HR Executive:
To become an HR executive, the candidate should at least be a graduate with good HR experience. Post graduation in Human Resources would be an added advantage. HR Executives should be able to resolve conflicts arising from compensation, payroll, etc and should possess good communication and convincing skills.
