Logistic executive directly works under logistic and supply chain department. He is expected to make strategic plans for logistic management, cargo management, freight and contract negotiations, planning of supply modes and monitoring the whole process. He has to make logistic strategy in coordination with company objectives, manufacturing unit, contracts reports and inputs from distribution and supply chain. He is also expected to make audit of all logistic operations and manufacturing and distribution operations.
