To become a management assistant, one must earn a bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration or any other related field. Gain relevant experience in a specific field such as research, analysis or administrative support.  Gain skills in data collection and compilation, report preparation, writing, communication, record keeping and management, accounting, office management, budget preparation, and public relations.
