How to Become a Real Estate Developer

An aspiring real estate developer must earn a bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, finance or other related field.  Studying further and obtaining a master’s degree can give one a better chance of getting employed.  To gain relevant experience, one can get an internship.  An internship can be an open door for positions such as a broker or manager in real estate. One must also have a background in real estate to have a chance to take the licensure exam.  A license gives one the authority to buy and sell property.
