They advise on strategic planning, daily management activities and shift pattern organization. They are the key towards the restaurant’s business development and marketing.

How to become a restaurant consultant:

Graduation is the least criteria to become a restaurant consultant. Diploma or post graduation in subjects like hospitality management or hotel and catering can significantly improve the chances. However, there’s no single route towards restaurant consultancy. A degree is not a necessary requirement. Senior restaurant managers can later become consultants.

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, ability to work under pressure, strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to work independently are necessary virtues of the job.
