Schools are the nurturing grounds for any athlete. Most sporting careers, be it in any sport like soccer, baseball, basketball, or tennis have their beginnings in the school. You must maintain certain academic standards to be eligible to play in the school teams.
Those opting to be professional athletes may not require any formal education, but more often than not, they are selected to play professionally while they play at school or college levels.

Fitness workers and personal trainers must have certifications in personal training, strength training and aerobics. A bachelor’s degree in fields like health and fitness or physical education and exercise science are useful.
